Totally doesn't feel like halloween because there are no kids out and about, nor are there really any pumpkins anywhere. I guess, as the years go it's loosing it's wonder. When you're an adult you kind of really look around and realise, without the kids, halloween is just another day - it isn't all that well decorated or special. Ah well. I miss trick or treating. Free sweets, man. I mentioned the donuts I got in the previous post, there are eight left now. Please kill me, because I did not think this through. I have to exercise like an hour more (yes I know exercise is good) just so I can fit two in and make them go down faster. It'd be so much easier if Dad ate them too, but they have orange icing on and he hates fake orange flavoured things....
Eight left though. Two a day maybe So four days-ish. Casually hoping a couple will go stale and I'll be saved. This really is a case of, eyes bigger than your stomach. Doesn't help that with dieting my stomach has shrunk
I really need to kick start the diet. In the last 5/6 weeks I've lost 7lbs. Which isn't bad, but considering I have like another 25 to lose.... aaaaaaa, this sucks. Being on two contraceptive pills makes things several times worse as well because you have to work extra, extra hard. Funny though, since the two pills (plus the three other meds I'm on) were the reason I put on two and a half stone in four months. It'd be nice if it was as easy to lose it as it is to gain it. Another thing that doesn't help? Side effects of four of the meds you're on being "increase in appetite". Bitch thats an understatement. I've been eating food I don't even like because I'm constantly fucking hungry. Hopefully getting the one contraceptive implant thing removed though \(^o^)/
I'll leave you with the song I've basically had on repeat all of today. Mainly because Mi-chan sounds so fucking good. Not really a massive fan of Soraru's voice especially paired with Mi-chan because mi-chan kind of overpowers him, poor guy. OH WELL I love when they bring back really good old songs
