I decided I need to eat healthy etc. since I'm eating so much junk food and these tablets make me put on weight. You don't actually realise how difficult it is until you try 。(´д`lll) I've finally got the hang of making Green Tea though so it doesn't taste nasty. Granted, I add honey but I just really love honey. I'm going to speak to moms friend on healthy foods etc more when I see him so at the moment, I've stopped snacking, cut down on general calorie intake and brough fruit so I can attempt at 5 a day. It'll probably just be two a day though. Good enough for me. Although tomorrow Dad intends to make Cheesecake... I'll just pretend I didn't eat the Cheesecake once I've eaten it. Of course, along with the healthy eating I need to exercise more. I'm weigh about 119lbs currently and want to lose about 15 - 20lbs, so here's to hoping I can stick to this.
